Headquarters Barbados Defence Force (BDF) will convene an Ordinary Court Martial, in the Hodgson Hall Conference Centre (HHCR), St Ann’s Fort, the Garrison on Friday 28 May 2021 at 0900 hours.

The accused, Ordinary Seaman Raheem Reeves is charged with 2 counts of Neglect to the Prejudice of Good Order and Military Discipline contrary to Section 75 of the Defence Act CAP 159. He will be represented by his personal attorney-at-law.

The panel will comprise of the President, Major Alfred Taylor and the Members are Captain Michael Jules and Captain Patrice Cummins.

The Waiting Members are Captain
Michelle Thompson and Lieutenant Coast Guard Nakeida Gibson. The Prosecutor is  Captain Neville Corbin and the Judge Advocate is Principal Crown Counsel Krystal Delaney.

The BDF investigates all allegations against its members and will continue to hold them to the highest of standards of discipline and integrity.
